This website is run by Matthew Coutts, known as Koots ("I", "me"). By using it or buying a license, you agree to these terms.

My music

All beats, recordings and artwork on this site are owned by me and protected by copyright. The previews are for listening only. You may not download, record, rip, or use them in any way without buying a license.

Buying a license

A purchase gives you a license to use a beat as described in that license's agreement (see Licensing). It does not transfer ownership of the beat. Before paying, you'll be asked to agree to the license. Payments are processed by PayPal; I never see your card or bank details. Prices are in USD.

Delivery

After payment you get download links and your license straight away. The download links work for 30 days, so save your files. If anything goes wrong, email me with your order number.

Refunds

What you may not do

Misuse the site, try to get files without paying, resell or share beats, or use my name or brand in a way that suggests I endorse you without my written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and files are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the license concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of United State.
